An honor to finally realize this collaboration that Kura Show owner/chef Pan-chan and I have bee discussing for, well, a long time!

Keeping the quality high as ever, while making the hurdle of entry lower than ever, we'll be doing a 1-night-only (first time ever!) tachinomiya-style (standing bar) at the renowned Kura Show, in Otaki, Chiba.

Pan-chan's fermentation-focused, local, natural, and always full-of-surprises original interpretation of a kaiseki course will be reborn as simple bites, while Justin prepares a special nihonshu (sake) lineup for everyone's well-being in 2018.
